Caroline Havemann is licensed to practice law in Germany and was admitted to the bar in Frankfurt am Main and is also a European lawyer admitted to the bar in Udine, Italy.
Activities
The focus of her legal practice lies. She specializes in advising international corporations companies operating that are active in German, Italian and French speaking countries regarding on international purchasing and trade law.
This activity includes drafting contractsand assisting clients in international trade relations as well as representing them before German courts and in international arbitration proceedings.
She is amember of the Society for the Exchange of Ideas of German-Italian Lawyers and the Society of Young German-French LawyersVereinigung für den Gedankenaustausch deutsch-italienischer Juristen and the Deutsch-Französische Juristenvereinigung
