Christian Hermann is licensed to practice law in Germany and is admitted to the bar in Frankfurt am Main and, as a European lawyer, to the bar in Modena, Italy. He is a specialist lawyer for employment law.
The focus of his legal practice lies in advising mainly German and Italian companies on German and cross-border employment law. His work includes the management of individual and collective disputes before industrial tribunals, negotiations with works and staff councils, advice on employment law on company valuations, company foundations, company restructurings and company disposals of companies, the international deployment of employees and the general support for of employment law mandates in coordination with specialist lawyers in Italy. He is a member of German Labour Court Association, the Society for the Exchange of Ideas of German-Italian Lawyers and the Society of German-Swiss Lawyers.
